        Can I rent the bag from outside of the UK?

       No, rental is only available to customers within the UK

 What happens if my rental gets damaged?

Pictures will be taken before bag shipment to confirm its condition. If damaged a proportion of the security deposit will be withheld for repair. Minor damage eg.  Scratches/broken zip will incur a cost of £50. Major damage will be assessed and costed upon return

 What happens if my rental gets lost or stolen?

Both scenarios will be treated equally. The security deposit will be withheld and an additional invoice for the remaining bag value will be issued. If the invoice is not paid within 14 days your verification details will be passed to a 3rd party debt collection agency to pursue

When will my rental arrive?

The bag will arrive by 3pm on the day of rental. A tracking number will also be provided for additional information

Is there a fee if I return my rental late?

Bags are expected to be back with Peaches Rentals the day after the last day of rental. If the bag is returned late then we reserve the right to charge an additional rental day. After 3 days the bag will be considered stolen and appropriate steps taken

 What happens if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

A tracking number will be provided which will give updates on delivery which needs to be signed for. If you are not home Royal Mail will attempt the delivery the next day (assuming you have selected a minimum of 2 rental days). If you have selected 1 rental day the delivery will be classed as failed and the bag returned to Peaches Rentals. No refund will be provided.

 What if I need to cancel my rental?

Free cancellations are accepted up until 10am the day before the rental begins. After this time, we reserve the right to charge 1 day rental for cancellation. Please email info@peachesrentals.co.uk  or call 07421503888 with details to cancel.

 What do I do if I lose my return label?

 Please email info@peachesrentals.co.uk and a new label will be issued. This will incur £10 charge which will be deducted from the security deposit
